    Index Packaging fabricates multipurpose soft foam inserts designed to fit large USPS Flat Rate boxes to help control shipping costs on gift boxes. Two layers of white, yellow, green, or purple foam inserts with removable cutouts hold up to 18 apples or may be used with up to 6 conversions for other products.

    Sold in lots of 25, with a 50-set minimum order.

    ORDERING NOTES: No payment is collected when you place your order. After receiving your order, we will contact you to determine the best method of shipping, based on the quantity ordered and your location, then send a shipping quote. Final invoice/billing/payment will be handled at that time.

    • Combine your “If it fits, it ships” USPS large Flat Rate Box with our foam inserts to help ensure damage-free arrival. Box ships at a fixed cost, regardless of weight or US delivery address.
    • Foam inserts protect fruit, apples, jams, honey, cheese, maple syrup, etc., while in transit.
    • Standard lead times for shipping are 3-5 working days.
    • Custom foam box inserts can be made to order in minimum quantities to fit any size USPS Flat Rate box. Contact us for a quote.

    Minimum quantity 50 sets, sold in lots of 25. Available as complete foam sets only.
