    Index Packaging manufactures expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam to your specs here in the USA in our New Hampshire facilities, where we also fabricate custom EPS packaging, foam boxes, coolers, rigid foam box inserts, trays, and liners and make our own patented stock products, designed to protect, insulate, and cushion products when stored or shipped.

    Custom shapes are produced with computer-guided hot-wire cutting. No additional tooling charges and no dies to purchase. It’s all cut by computer.

    EPS foam is lightweight, rigid, and easy to handle and resists the growth of bacteria.
