    Convoluted foam (also known as egg crate foam) is made from polyurethane (PU) and can be fabricated into sets or cut into individual sheets, based on your specifications.

    • Resists abrasion, absorbs shock, and recovers its shape quickly.
    • Open-cell convoluted PU foam comes in a variety of densities and colors.
    • Available as anti-static convoluted or electrostatic discharge (ESD) convoluted foam for packaging electronics and shipping instruments.
    • Easily die-cut into pads, shapes, package liners, or sheets.
