    DIY Prototyping

Make Your Own Custom Foam Box Inserts for Testing Product Shipments

Index Packaging offers ready-to-ship foam protection solutions which are often used by customers for testing purposes. Our stock packaging products are perfect for DIY prototyping using any combination of polyurethane (PU), polyethylene (PE), and expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam packaging materials. Sold in cases with quantities ranging from 8 sets to 100 pieces. Great to have on hand for brainstorming and collaboration between product managers and shipping managers.

    1. EzeeSnap – Scored EPS foam sheets that break apart into small sections for insulating boxes and protecting heavy items from damage.
    2. EzeePlain – Pre-cut convoluted sheets of PU foam.
    3. EzeeTear – Convoluted PU foam sheets in tear-a-part squares.
    4. EzeeCorners – Heavy-duty polyethylene corner protectors.
    5. EzeeStick – Polyethylene pads with an adhesive back.
    6. Flat Pads – ½” thick sheets of polyurethane foam for padding inside boxes.
    7. GridPacks – Boxes with pick-n-pluck foam for smaller products that ship in various configurations.
    8. Die Cuts –  Customers use pre-die-cut foam box inserts that fit USPS flat-rate boxes for inexpensive testing.
