    Custom Polyurethane Foam Packaging Inserts

    Index Packaging fabricates custom polyurethane (PU) foam inserts for shipping boxes. Everything is made in the USA in our New Hampshire production facilities. We also produce convoluted foam, pick-and-pluck foam, and custom shapes for a variety of packaging applications.

    PU foam is lightweight and soft, absorbs shock, and recovers its shape quickly.

    • Ideal for protecting delicate and lightweight objects.
    • PU is soft, open-cell foam available in a variety of densities and colors.
    • Easily die-cut into pads, shapes, sheets, or liners.
    • Available as electrostatic discharge or anti-static foam for packaging electronics and shipping sensitive instruments.
    • Convoluted or egg crate foam makes excellent package liners.
    • Custom-cut PU pads and custom die-cut shapes.
