    Custom Die-Cut Foam for Packaging & Shipping

    Index Packaging offers computerized cutting and foam die-cutting services for packaging and shipping applications using varying densities and foam colors. We work with polyethylene (PE), cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), and polyurethane (PU) foam, custom cut in all shapes and sizes.

    We design and fabricate custom-cut foam blocks, sheets (thin or thick), planks, pads, convoluted foam sets, and end caps in production quantities. For preproduction samples and prototyping, we have a MultiCam CNC router to work alongside our CAD system that is capable of cutting both foam and corrugated material.

    We can recommend the best foam choice based on:

    • The fragility of your product.
    • Handling, temperature, and transportation conditions.
    • Cushioning requirement calculations.
    • Vibration assessments.
    • Product design considerations.
    • Presentation aesthetics for branding.

    Foam materials are available with a variety of features: recycled, antistatic, conductive, static-dissipative, soft, rigid, thick, thin, perforated, scored, and tear-apart.

    Depending on the foam specified (PU, PE, XLPE), the color options are:

    • Black
    • Blue
    • Pink
    • Charcoal
    • Gray
    • Yellow
    • Green
    • Purple
    • White

    Everything is cut and fabricated in the USA in our New Hampshire manufacturing facilities.

    Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary depending on foam type, thickness, density, part size, and overall design complexity. Tooling requirements and fabrication methods may also impact order minimums.
