    Index Packaging, Inc., designs and manufactures foam inserts for hard cases to your specs here in the USA in our New Hampshire production facilities. We are experts at prototyping and sample creation for high-end case applications, including sales and sample kits, electronics, firearms, instruments, and more using any combination of polyethylene (PE), cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), polyurethane (PU), and expanded polystyrene (EPS foam.

    Our packaging specialists will work with you to ensure that your custom foam case inserts are durable and lightweight and will absorb shock, and protect surfaces.

    We also do custom foam cutting for Pelican™ and other popular case brands in production quantities.

    • Custom foam case inserts can be made from either PU, PE, XLPE, or EPS foam or any combination of these materials.
    • Antistatic foam inserts are available in either PU (open-cell) or PE (closed-cell) foam, which is ideal for protecting sensitive circuit boards, resistors, computer chips and other electronics. Static dissipative cross-linked foam is available as well.
    • Convoluted (egg crate) foam inserts can be designed to stabilize and control product movement, cushion, resist impact, and protect against breakage.
    • EPS foam can be custom shaped to suit almost any need.
